Coles Miller’s commercial property solicitors have helped B2B marketing agency Intergage to acquire a new office in Ferndown.
The Cobham Road office is a freehold property, subject to two existing tenancies and a sub-lease.
Coles Miller investigated the parking arrangements, the history of the building and the tenancies – then supplied a comprehensive report on the property and Intergage’s obligations to the tenants.
Commercial property solicitor Charlotte Lilley and trainee solicitor Kate Samuel provided Intergage with:
- reports on the title deeds (which were complex)
- the leases and sub-leases
- detailed information about the landlord obligations that Intergage would be taking over.
They also worked with Intergage’s lender to secure financing for the purchase.
Coles Miller’s Poole lawyers were able to meet Intergage’s deadline for completion – enabling the marketing agency to move to its new office.
