Coles Miller Solicitors has further strengthened its expert team with a series of new appointments. They include four solicitors, a chartered legal executive and a private client executive.
Personal injury solicitor Jonathan Rich has years of experience in handling serious injury compensation claims. He has worked at three London law firms.
Jonathan started his career in London and then spent 21 years as a Partner managing the personal injury department at a Somerset law firm.
His specialisms include fatal accidents, head and spinal injuries, amputations, asbestos-related injuries, and cases involving sexual abuse.
Solicitor Shan Hounsell has joined Coles Miller’s Commercial Department. She has extensive litigation experience in the public sector and in private practice.
Shan handles a wide range of commercial litigation cases – notably property disputes and contested probate – in the High Court and County Court.
Solicitors Holly Munro, Stephen Peck and private client executive Emma Stagg have joined Coles Miller’s Wills and Probate Department.
Holly Munro specialises in wills, powers of attorney and estate accounts. She started her working life in the Army. After six years, Holly left as a Captain in the Adjutant General’s Corps.
She then gained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. Before joining Coles Miller, Holly took a break from legal work to be a governance officer at Wyke Regis Primary Federation in Weymouth.
Solicitor Stephen Peck specialises in wills, probate, powers of attorney and cases involving the Court of Protection.
Stephen took an honours degree in Company Law and completed his Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University. He also has an HND in Civil Engineering.
Wills and probate solicitor Marie Harder has moved from Coles Miller’s Fleetsbridge office to the firm’s Broadstone office.
Marie, who joined Coles Miller in June 2022, was previously at a North Dorset law firm. Before that she was a solicitor and director at a Bournemouth law firm, leading its Private Client Department.
Marie’s work includes wills, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, estates and trusts administration.
Private client executive Emma Stagg has returned to Coles Miller. She is now based at Coles Miller’s Fleetsbridge office after working with two law firms in Wimborne and Ringwood. Emma was originally a probate executive at Coles Miller from 2014 to 2018.
Jeni originally qualified in 2009 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2011 while working for Coles Miller. She is based in the Broadstone office.
