Prior to joining Coles Miller Kerry studied at Bournemouth University before completing her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She trained at a high street firm in Fleet, Hampshire and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 at which point she moved to Surrey to work for a larger regional firm to pursue a specialism in Private Client work. In May 2017 Kerry moved back to Dorset to be closer to her family in Weymouth, where she grew up, and took up her position at Coles Miller in the Probate department in the Parkstone Road office, she has since moved to our Fleetsbridge branch.
Kerry prides herself in her ability to discuss complex legal issues in plain English and specialises in all areas of Private Client work including Wills, Probate, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, trusts and Court of Protection work.
Kerry is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is also Solicitors of the Elderly accredited.
When Kerry is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Will and daughter, Evelyn. She enjoys music and likes to attend gigs whenever she can. She also supports the South African Rugby team and likes to attend matches at Twickenham, Cardiff and Wembley.
