Neil qualified as a solicitor in October 1995, after completing his training contract at Coles Miller. He was made a partner at the firm in 1999. Neil is a Commercial Litigator dealing with variety of commercial disputes in the County Court, High Court and Employment Tribunals. He specialises business and property law and employment work including representing employees and employers at Employment Tribunals, including some of the area's largest employers from 1995 to date. Neil also advised in residential leasehold disputes.
Neil is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a Director at AECC Enterprises Limited. He is also a Trustee at Age Concern Christchurch and SafeWise in Bournemouth. Neil is a former Trustee of Poole Citizens Advice Bureau and a former Chair of Trustees at Friends of Forest Holme, a local hospice charity and a former trustee at SafeWise an educational charity specialising in safety.
