Most lenders will offer “cash back” as an alternative to the free legal service. This could be put towards your legal fees allowing you to use a solicitor local to you from within the Coles Miller Conveyancing Department enabling your trusted local lawyer to undertake the work for you.

As we always aim to provide a personal service, this will enable you to retain more control over your remortgage and will give you the opportunity to attend the office to go through the mortgage documentation and have full legal advice on the Mortgage Deed and the offer conditions before signing. You will be able to ask questions about the mortgage and to speak to the solicitor handling the matter rather than a telephone call centre.
